 MGT--9-B | | Tier Two: You survived the first year! Do you want to do an even better job now? Of course you do. With a little knowledge and some persistence it could happen. Learn how to build a team, see warning signs early enough to fix problems before they happen, start succession planning, set goals and improve communication for the second year and beyond. You asked for ?hands on? training; we developed it.
· Registrars ? We will simulate an actual regional registration. Help set up the room, recruit volunteers, deal with problem parents and delegate responsibilities to the entire regional board. This is a fun and Interactive workshop.
· Treasurers ? As treasurers, your job is vital in helping your region run smoothly. In this workshop, we will provide you with the communication and management tools necessary to help make your job easier and more fun. Learn how your relationship to other board members affects your work, practice preparing a generic budget and review the proactive steps you can take to avoid financial problems.
