 GEN-20 | | AYSO is committed to the pursuit of excellence in all aspects of its service to its players, volunteers and spectators. To understand the requirements of our participants, we must assess their needs, experiences and expectations. An effective way to accomplish this is through the use of surveys. Over the years, AYSO has conducted surveys about its programs to guide our development. Surveys conducted by other groups are of interest to AYSO as well ? some focus on sport in general, some focus on the psychological aspects of sport. Three surveys are used in this workshop to generate thought about AYSO and the quest for excellence.
